In January of 2010, Matt accepted a teaching position at Zhuhai International School in Zhuhai, China for the 2010-2011 school year. He will begin his journey in the beginning of August 2010. On is way to Zhuhai, and his first ever trip to China, he plans on visiting the World Expo in Shanghai. He made this website so he can blog about his experiences over the next two (or more) years .

He currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida where he’s teaching an amazing group of third graders. He’s a University of Kentucky sports fan (he was born and raised in Kentucky). He loves technology, scuba diving, traveling, reading, and golf (although he’s not any good at it).
